Greek Lamb Meatballs -flavored with feta, roasted peppers and spices, served with pita, greens and tzatziki (NF)

Brown Rice & Quinoa Cakes – crispy outside with a tender hearty, healthy and tasty filling of brown rice and quinoa flecked with tofu, herbs and cheese; paired with a vibrant, smoky red pepper coulis (GF, V)

Sorghum Salad – nutrition packed (and GF!) whole grain jumbled with cherry tomato, feta, arugula and dressed with lemon vinaigrette; delish at room temperature or warmed (GF, NF, V)

Roasted Squash & Fennel – a medley of winter squash and sweet fennel dressed with olive oil, herbs and garlic roasted until tender (GF, NF, Veg, DF)

Side Salad with Lemon-Oregano Vinaigrette – optional “extras” (ingredients vary weekly)

Frozen Mini Cookie Dough – Chocolate Chip (NF, V)

FineFoods keeps a tight control on how our ingredients and meals are processed to ensure we are a trusted source for you. In these times of COVID we have further strengthened our rigorous sanitation practices to meet current established guidelines. Be assured we’ve got you “covered” as in masks up, crazy frequent hand washing, gloves (can never have enough on hand) and sanitizing surfaces frequently during production. I won’t even bore you with the steps taken to ensure procured items are handled properly from vendors or retail shops (but feel free to ask)

If you love oysters but loath shucking, I have a game-changer for you compliments of #ChefSteps.Briefly sous viding oysters makes them crazy easy to shuck! While still raw, the almost imperceptible "firming" of the texture was divine. Who knew?

Properly roasted, with creamy interiors, Brussel S Properly roasted, with creamy interiors, Brussel Sprouts are one of my favorite winter comfort foods. This version, on next week's menu, layers sweet onion and chilies with an umami flavor boost of a little of soy sauce and shaoxxing vinegar (a nod to Ottolenghi's new book, Flavor, that I've been exploring). I do appreciate how he twists flavors.

Layering strawberries (as requested) with fresh, coulis, gel and dehydrated. Oh la la!
