Red Curried Gnocchi – definitely a fusion of red curry sauce adorned with hearty lacinato kale, bell pepper and onion (NF, Veg, DF)
Coconut Confetti Rice – a medley of rices (possible Jasmine, black, Bhutanese and brown), a touch of coconut milk and fresh herbs (GF, NF, Veg, DF)
Sautéed Amaranth & Spinach – packed with vitamins and spiked with ginger and garlic (GF, NF, Veg, DF)
Side Salad with Preserved Lemon Vinaigrette – optional “extras” (ingredients vary weekly)

We take your health, and the safety of the food we provide you, seriously and personally. In these times of COVID we have further strengthened our rigorous sanitation practices to meet current established guidelines. Be assured we’ve got you “covered” as in masks up, crazy frequent hand washing (a.k.a my reptile hands, lol), gloves (can never have enough on hand) and sanitizing surfaces frequently during production. I won’t even bore you with the steps taken to procure items from vendors or a retail shop 😉
